Introducing Helen, our versatile and passionate Therapy Dog Handler!

Over the past four years, Helen has been making a significant impact as a Therapy Dog Handler, supporting homeless young people and families experiencing domestic violence. Her dedication to making a positive difference also extends to the aged care sector, where she gained valuable experience.

A loving mum to four amazing kids, Helen is usually on the go, juggling various roles. Helen enjoys capturing memorable moments through photography; Helen's creative flair shines through in all her endeavours. She's always delighted to share photography tips with her students, adding a personal touch to her mentorship.

In 2017, Helen decided to further her education and completed a Diploma in Community Services. This led her to work in the disability sector and later with homeless young people at The Lighthouse Foundation.

Helen's heart lies in supporting individuals and families dealing with ADHD, Autism, and Depression, reflecting her genuine care for the well-being of those she serves.

Having heard many positive stories about Canine Comprehension during her time in the AAT industry, Helen is thrilled to join the team. As a mentor, she is eager to contribute her expertise and assist in delivering our educational programs, bringing enthusiasm and compassion to every interaction.
