Amy has always loved animals, especially dogs. After completing the therapy dog training at Lead the Way with her dog Ruby, she knew that working alongside Ruby to support children and young people to connect and develop skills was what she wanted to do. Amy looks forward to meeting and connecting with you.
Ruby is a medium Groodle (golden retriever cross poodle). She was born in 2019 and was one of 10 puppies! Ruby trained as a therapy dog with Lead the Way and loves meeting new people, pats, tummy rubs and playing fetch. She is an intelligent, playful dog, who enjoys learning new skills and tricks.
When not working with Amy, Ruby loves cuddles with her family, walks, sun baking and playing with her fur brother Teddy. Ruby is looking forward to meeting you.
