Price rise information - If the booking is confirmed before April 25th, 2022:

To ensure continued great services for our clients, we’ll be increasing our rates slightly from April 25th, 2022.

Bookings are confirmed once the client receives their session times.  Clients may be charged an administration cancellation fee of 20%  of their original booking costs if a booking is cancelled after this email is received.

Cancellation policy

We expect the school to keep the scheduled appointment.  Sessions that fall on a public holiday will be made up at another time. We understand that there may be times when schools must cancel a session due to COVID Isolation therefore when given a day's notice Canine Comprehension will attempt to make up the missed session.

The school contact must text 0421 490 188 and fill in the cancellation form to avoid forfeiting the session.

Change of session

We cannot guarantee that a change will be possible, this will depend on the tutors availability. If the change is possible the client will be charged a $22.00 flexi charge to cover administration costs.

Late fees and further action

After a period of time, if an account is still outstanding, the debt will be transferred to debt recovery professionals or legal action may be commenced immediately adding legal costs to the account. If this account remains unsettled, substantial further charges for interest, recovery and legal costs will be sought and may be awarded by the court against the debtor.
