Late fees and further action
Late fees and further action Confirmed bookings upon receiving session times. Cancellation may incur a 20% administration fee of the original booking cost. For outstanding accounts, we may transfer the debt to debt recovery professionals or initiate legal action. Legal costs will be added to the outstanding amount. Further charges for interest, recovery, and legal expenses may be sought and awarded by the court if the account remains unpaid.
Change of session
We cannot guarantee that a change will be possible, depending on the mentor's availability. If the rescheduling option is viable, the client will be charged a $22.00 Flexi charge to cover administration costs.
