My staff are the most important aspect of my business.

My staff are the most important aspect of my business.

When I aim to prioritise and look after my staff, I can feel confident they can look after our clients!

We are a group of passionate and experienced allied health professionals, social workers, business professionals and educators who share a vision of creating more harmonious and positive approaches to learning. Our approach leads to calmer classrooms and healthy communities. We had developed a supportive culture that encourages staff to acknowledge mistakes, threats, and fear without succumbing to impulsive decision-making or choice paralysis.

Our tutors are educators whose constant focus is their students' well-being. They are also experts in dog-assisted therapy. Each tutor works with their own certified therapy dog to make learning far more interactive, fun and stimulating than it would be with the human alone.

Our tutors love their job and are forever mentoring each other, sharing resources or offering words of encouragement to each other.

As CEO, I am blessed to have such a passionate group of people who are emotionally invested in seeing the company thrive!

Our Admin Team continuously have the teachers' and parents' needs front of mind. They are compliance and process driven to make sure the business is financially stable and running as efficiently as possible. It's beautiful to see how excited they get when a parent calls to speak of attained goals or a teacher wants to rebook for another term. They celebrate the success of the business because they believe in what we do!

Our Therapy Dogs are very important co-workers whom we could not do without. They are happy to visit their students and it’s wonderful to watch the kids develop confidence as they engage with them and practice dog handling and training. All the dogs love the attention and can't wait to start their working day!
