What our customers want to feel

We have learnt from experience that in order to build good customer relationships you need to see your clients as individuals. Individuals who are seeking a resolution to their unique problems. In our line of work, our customers are parents, teachers and care team members, who are looking to us to support their young people and understand their unique challenges, personalities, fears and goals. Our staff focus on understanding what their needs are and concentrate on building relationships that facilitate meeting those needs.

It's imperative that our staff take the time to see things from the customers' perspective. We make sure every single employee knows precisely what value our customers are seeking. We stand out in our industry by providing exceptional value to our clients.  In 2021 we were the Victorian winner for customer service in the 'Australian Achiever Awards' in the category of 'Specialised Services - Education' with an overall score of 98.31%. This score provided an indication of a well-run business with satisfied customers.

A company is only as good as its last happy customer. This is why we never rest on our laurels and work every day to offer an experience that people can enjoy, feel satisfaction and can trust. That trust allows us to build strong and optimistic relationships. Recent independent customer service audits have scored us 100% in 'care and attention, value, attitude and communication.' We work with parents, careworkers and schools who have continued to book our programs year in and year out because we make them and their young people feel inspired to envision a brighter future.  Allowing us to watch our young clients grow and flourish in a high-trust environment.

Our strength lies in our dynamic and diverse team. Our team of tutors come from psychology, education, social work and allied health professions. They are continuously engaged in learning. The generosity of these people in sharing their experiences, knowledge and resources makes everyone better at their job. Our admin team spends time talking to our customers and really getting to know them. They greet our clients with an open mind, understanding and compassion. They want to listen and they want to make a positive difference in our customers' lives.

And finally, the most 'head turning' aspect of our company is our point of difference: our co-workers are dogs. Therapy dogs represent a multi-sensory stimulus with strong and clear sounds, a vivid visual impression, a special smell and stimulation to touch, which directly appeals to children who need extra sensory input to be able to engage in tasks. Clients always comment on the increased happiness of our student's thanks to the connection they make with our dogs.

Maya Angelou wisely said “People will forget what you said. They will forget what you did. But they will never forget how you made them feel.” We want our clients to feel truly valued because they are.

If you have worked with us and like to leave feedback - we want to hear it and respond.
